The heart of our walk-in wine cabinet consists of two separately temperature-controlled rooms. While white wines, sparkling wines and Champagne are stored at a constant 4°C, red wines find their ideal environment at around 15°C. This ensures that all wines can be enjoyed at their optimal serving temperature – exactly as the winemakers intended.
A wine only reveals its full aroma when temperature and storage conditions are right. This is exactly what we place the highest importance on.
